个人简介：
吕小康，研究方向为反刍动物营养（功能性氨基酸、肠道微生物），安徽省三区科技人才。先后主持中国博士后面上基金、淮北市绿色食品产业创新项目，参与国家自然基金联合基金项目“山羊肌肉风味氨基酸形成的分子基础及其调控机理（U20A2057）。以第一作者和通讯作者在npj Science of Food、Animal Nutrition、Food research International等期刊发表SCI文章14篇，其中中科院一区Top 4篇，中文核心期刊6篇。
主持或参与项目：
